Our Technology

The Seair Septic system uses a patented diffusion process that utilizes ozone and/or oxygen to treat wastewater.   The resultant product of our treatment process is a high quality effluent excellent for recycling in irrigation, drilling operations, and toilet water.

Our Seair Process primarily consists of:
• Primary Ozone treatment using our patented diffusion technology to breakdown fats, oils, grease and organics in   the waste water.
• Aeration using concentrated oxygen to promote natural degradation of organic matter.
And
• Secondary Ozone treatment to oxidize any remaining organics and sterilize the effluent ensuring it is completely safe for recycling or discharge.

Why use Ozone?
The intense oxidizing power of ozone makes it ideal for destroying any of the organic matter and pathogens commonly found in municipal wastewater and camp wastewater as well as any hazardous chemicals found in industrial wastewater. The byproducts of Ozonation are water, oxygen and carbon dioxide, making the process virtually odour free.   It also eliminates the need for harmful chemicals and long digestion times.

Our patented Seair system increases dissolved oxygen levels well above supersaturation. This dissolved oxygen stays stable in the solution longer, creating a highly aerobic environment, promoting the natural decomposition of organic matter at an accelerated rate.   This allows for the ozone to react fully with any remaining waste with minimal off-gassing to ensure economical use of ozone.

What about pH Control?
If your wastewater requires pH control, the Seair Diffusion System is also highly effective in dissolving C02 in water, which lowers and maintains pH levels in order to ensure effluent suitable for discharge. This replaces the need for dangerous acids with a safe, effective process for lowering pH.

Advantages of the Seair Systems
